Tertiary: I attended the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg from 2007 to 2010. Studying Geology andZoology in my Undergraduate and Ecology, Environment and Conservation in Honours.

Currently:I currently am doing a Masters degree at the University of Cape Town, as part of the Climate Systems Analysis Group, in Environmental and Geographical Science.

Activities and Affililiations: I am the Head writer for a Science Student magazine at UCT. I am a member of the BlueBuck Network, a non-profit organisation that aims to connect and build a platform with the youth and student organisations that are interested in environmental and sustainability initiatives in Southern Africa. I also am involved with GCI (UCT) and Roots & Shoots Wits societies that work toward environmental and social responsibility on their respective campuses.

Message to the Alumni: Each and every one of us has an important part to play in IGRISE. If we all took part, even in the smallest way, we could make a real difference to not only the lives of the learners who participate, but to ourselves.
